1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and PT Lux Event Planner Digital Indonesia ("Lux Event Planner"). These Terms govern your use of our platform, applications, and related services.

If you are using Lux Event Planner on behalf of an organization or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access most Lux Event Planner features, you will need to create an account. By creating and managing your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not with your knowledge.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Lux Event Planner Services

Lux Event Planner provides a digital event management platform that includes:

• Creating and managing event timelines (weddings, circumcision ceremonies, birthdays, and more).
• Guest list management and digital invitations.
• Vendor coordination and budget tracking.
• Team collaboration within a single event project.
• Exporting and printing planning documents.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue specific features at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on Lux Event Planner ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Lux Event Planner a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content:

• Does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain false, misleading, or unlawful information.
• Does not contain harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Lux Event Planner to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Collect other users' data without their consent.
• Gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Impersonate another person or entity in a deceptive manner.
• Use the platform for fraud or any other illegal activities.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Lux Event Planner offers a free plan with basic features and paid plans with full access. For paid plans:

• Payments are processed at the start of the subscription period and are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. New prices apply at the next renewal cycle.
• In the event of a failed payment, access to premium features may be restricted until payment is successfully completed.

7. Account Suspension & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. Account deletion will result in permanent removal of all your event data after a 30-day retention period.

Lux Event Planner reserves the right to suspend or delete your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• Your account activity is suspected to involve fraud or criminal conduct.
• You have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months (with prior notice).

8. Limitation of Liability

Lux Event Planner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Data loss caused by factors outside our control (natural disasters, third-party cyberattacks).
• Temporary service unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Actions or omissions of third-party vendors connected through our platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Lux Event Planner platform — including brand name, logo, interface design, source code, and editorial content — are the exclusive property of PT Lux Event Planner Digital Indonesia and are protected by Indonesian intellectual property law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from these elements without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be brought before the Central Jakarta District Court as the agreed jurisdiction.
